The 10th Forum on Environment and Development (FED 10), which was sponsored by ACEF and United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP), was held on September 16 2014, in Beijing, China. The theme of this forum is “furthering the reform and promoting environmental governance”. There were five breakout sessions in the forum, including Session V with the theme of “international partnership on city waste water technology transfer to promote the south-south cooperation”. In order to integrate the theoretical research with the environment practice, the 6th Exhibition of Building an Environmentally-friendly society and 2014 International China Exposition of Ecological Technologies and Equipments were concurrently held with FED 10.
