Mr. Gu Maokuan, Consultant to Secretary General of ACEF, led a group composed of 8 members from the Development Center and International Cooperation Department of ACEF, and the World Resources Institute (WRI) to visit the inner Mongolia for the ecological and low-carbon investigation, from 28th to 29th October,2014.
