United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development

From June 16th to 21st, local time in Rio de Janeiro, a delegation of Chinese environment NGOs went to Brazil for the “United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, Rio+20”. At the forum of “Idea of Justice - Exploring the Solution to Sustainable Development of Earth” held by IIED, Feng Xiaoxing, Deputy Secretary-General of ACEF and the representative of the delegation, delivered a speech entitled “Giving Full Play to Environmental Civil Society Organizations, Increase Public Participation, Promote Sustainable Development”, sharing ACEF’s philosophy on “Great China, Great Environment, Great Union” and brand projects regarding environment CSOs, environmental rights protection, and international cooperation. Relevant materials complied and published by ACEF including NGO Perspective and Vitality and Chinese Environment Civil Society Organizations were also distributed.
