Forum of Ministers and Environment Authorities of Asia Pacific

As the regional process of the fourth Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA4), the third Forum of Ministers and Environment Authorities of Asia Pacific was held in Singapore from January 23 to 25, 2019. ACEF attended the forum as the only representative of Chinese CSOs and participated in various parts, including the Asia-Pacific CSO policy proposal, high-level discussion forum, and so on. ACEF’s views on sustainable community consumption and plastic pollution reduction were incorporated into the concluded report on policy recommendations for Asia-Pacific CSOs. The report was submitted for consideration at the UNEA4 in Nairobi in March.
