一、项目概况 Project overview
杭州舞环科技有限公司（“家宝兔”）是全国首家垃圾分类体系化建设方案提供商，长期致力于用科技改变垃圾分类事业，通过搭建“C2C2B2B”的再生资源产业互联网平台，打通回收产业链路，构建再生资源逆向供应链，推动产业链良性循环，实现共赢发展。
2020年7月，家宝兔成功中标甘肃省金昌市金川区垃圾分类项目。该项目标的总额3212.7万元，覆盖该区6个街道的26个居委会、121个住宅小区、56个机关单位和24所学校，共87928户居民。
Hangzhou Wuhuan Technology Co., Ltd. (also known as "Garbo Rabbit") is the first provider of systematic construction scheme for waste classification and a service provider of digital management system in China. It has long been committed to enabling the traditional waste classification undertaking with science and technology.By building a "Customer-to-Customer-to-Business-to-Business"renewable resources industry internet platform, Garbo Rabbit open up the recycling industry link, build a reverse supply chain of renewable resources, promote a virtuous cycle of the industry chain and achieve win-win development.
In July, 2020, Garbo Rabbit won the bid for the waste classification project in Jinchuan District, Jinchang City, Gansu Province. The total amount of the target is 32.217 million yuan, covering 26 neighborhood committees, 121 residential communities, 56 government agencies and 24 schools in 6 streets of the District, with a total of 87928 residents.
该项目贯彻绿色低碳发展理念，从引导居民人人参与垃圾分类入手，建成再生资源回收站217个，整编回收人员300余人，形成稳定的再生资源回收利用服务渠道，并运用信息技术进行数智化管理，成功打造出高成果、低成本和可复制的金昌样板。
The project implements the concept of green and low-carbon development. Starting from guiding residents to participate in waste classification, 217 renewable resource recycling stations have been built, and more than 300 recycling personnel have been reorganized to form a stable service channel for renewable resource recycling. It also uses information technology for digital intelligent management, and successfully creates a high-achievement, low-cost and replicable Jinchang model.
二、服务模式 Service mode
家宝兔再生资源回收利用全路径服务体系，由基础设施系统、物流清运系统和分拣中心组成，通过实施垃圾定时定点投放、24h自助回收、大件预约上门回收、智能调度清运、品类细分经营、科学精细加工和链接制造工厂，构建起用户+回收管家+回收商户+制造工厂的产业价值链条。
The full path service system for recycling and utilization of Garbo Rabbit renewable resources is composed of an infrastructure system, a logistics clearing and transportation system and a sorting center. Through the implementation of fixed time and point garbage delivery, 24h self-service recycling, door-to-door recycling of large items by appointment, intelligent scheduling clearing and transportation, category segmentation, scientific and fine processing and linking manufacturing factories,Garbo Rabbit is building the industrial value chain of users + recycling housekeepers + recycling merchants + manufacturing factories.
三、运营成果 Operating results
目前，金川区垃圾分类居民覆盖率达到90%、参与率达到60.3%，累计交易订单数超145万，回收废塑料超1万吨，依托平台支付和诚信系统，避免了恶性竞争，取得了良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
At present, the residents' coverage rate of waste classification in Jinchuan district has reached 90%, the participation rate has reached 60.3%, and the cumulative number of transaction orders has exceeded 1.45 million,more than 10000 tons of waste plastics has been recycled.Relying on the platform payment and integrity system, we avoided vicious competition, and achieved good economic, environmental and social benefits.
